It’s OK to change your mind
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it to us within ten (10) days from delivery or collection.Â
Please make sure that the items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Please note that items purchased through Tamara will be refunded exclusively as store vouchers.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we require photos to verify the condition of the items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on accessories and home decor products unless there is a fault in the item. Please note that items on sale and made to order items are considered final sale and non-returnable.
Detailed size information is available for each product and nostalex hearts is not responsible if the customer picks the wrong size. If unsure about an item, contact us before purchasing such items.
Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Shipping fees
Return shipping fees are to be paid by the client, unless the item is defective. In this case, we’ll cover return shipping costs.
Refunds
You’ll be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return, to let you know if the refund was approved or not. We make every effort to process return credits as quickly as possible. However, please note that it can take some time for your refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
